Clark is pursuing joint MBA/MPP degrees from MIT Sloan and Harvard Kennedy School, respectively. He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 2012 with degrees in Chinese and Systems Engineering and commissioned as a Military Intelligence Officer. Upon graduation, Clark was selected as a Rotary Global Grants Scholar to pursue a Master degree in China and Globalization at King’s College London. During his Army career, Clark deployed with a Joint Special Operations task force to Afghanistan and commanded troops along the Korean Demilitarized Zone.
As a first generation immigrant from Taiwan, Clark hopes to bridge the divide in US-China-Taiwan relations and foster deeper transpacific understanding. He also hopes to create a social platform to lower the barriers of entry for New Americans pursuing public services at all levels. In his free time, Clark enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and reading.
