Applications for LunaCap Foundation Scholarships are now open. Application deadline is March 31, 2023.

Scholarship Criteria

LunaCap Foundation awards scholarships to U.S. Armed Forces Active Military, Veterans, and/or students of Mexican descent entering their 1st year at top-tier MBA schools, (see eligible schools below). 

​

Ten - $10,000, one-time, need-based scholarships awarded annually each July to help offset the cost of education for eligible candidates attending top-tier MBA schools, (see eligible schools below).

Applicants are to apply for a LunaCap Foundation scholarship during the Open Application Period (January 1 - March 31), and are selected based on:

​

• Application and essay submission.  

• Eligible candidates are either U.S. Armed Forces Active Military, Veterans, or students of Mexican descent (born anywhere) entering their 1st year top-tier MBA program at an eligible school, (see eligible schools below).

• Accepted and entering your first year, full-time MBA program at an eligible school, (see eligible schools below).

  • Eligible candidates need to be accepted at the time of scholarship Award Decision, July 31, 2023.

  • Executive MBA program is eligible.

  • The 2023 Scholarship application is for the Class of 2025 entering MBA students accepted to attend eligible schools. 

• May be requested to demonstrate financial need as verified by the Financial Aid Office (e.g. GI-Bill, loans, grants and other forms of financial aid insufficient to cover full cost of education.)

1. Complete and submit the application & essays by March 31

2. Applications will be reviewed in April

3. Selected applicants will be invited to interview from February - May  

   • Failure to respond in a timely manner to schedule & complete interview(s) could result in application denial
